The Teacher’s “Kundalini Golden Yoga Tea” Recipe ☕️
Ingredients:
- Turmeric: 1-2 tsp
- Water: 2-3 cups
- Black Peppercorns (Crushed): 1-2 tsp
- Cloves (Crushed): 1 tsp
- Cinnamon: Half a stick or 1-2 tsp
- Fresh Ginger: 5 slices
Instructions:
- Mix the black pepper, turmeric, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Boil the fresh ginger in water for about 3 minutes.
- Add the mixed spices to the boiling water and simmer for another 5–7 minutes.
Personal Variations:
- Tea Base: You can add your favorite black tea leaves to turn it into a classic Yogi Tea.
- Sweetness: Add a touch of honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Teacher’s Favorite: I love adding a slice of lemon to transform it into a “Golden Lemon Tea” 🍋☕️.
