【On Living with Awareness談感知地活著】

Kundalini yoga teaches that you absolutely can experience your own life fully, but you shouldn’t let worldly matters pull you in too deeply. You can explore and play with them lightly, but don’t pour too much of your energy into them. For example, you can try out a profession and even excel at it, but don’t let it become your identity. 昆達里尼主張絕對是可以體驗自己的生命的,但不要被世俗之事感染太入,你可以輕鬆去嘗試去玩,但不要費太多心神在上面,例如:你可以去感受一份職業,做得很出色,但不要把它成為你自己的身份認同~

Sometimes these experiences can bring a bit of happiness, but that happiness is fleeting. For example, you might watch a short video and feel amused for a moment, but give it a little time and you won’t even remember what you watched.

In contrast, if you want to attain ultimate joy, you need to devote your time and energy to cultivating your inner state in the present moment.

If you want to take your destiny into your own hands, will you choose to depend on external things and become their slave, or will you choose to be a free person?

If your life carries wisdom, you will naturally choose freedom over slavery. The deepest longing within us is to break free from the cycle of rebirth. It is only when you live unconsciously that you keep spinning within this cycle. If your life carries wisdom, you will naturally choose freedom over slavery. It is only when you live unconsciously that you keep spinning within this cycle. 有些時候這些體驗可以帶來一點點的快樂,但這些快樂是短暫的,例如這一分鐘看到一個短視頻,你會獲得歡樂,但保證你隔了一陣子你已經不記得你看過什麼。

反之,如果你想獲得終極的喜悅,你要把所有的時間和精神都會再來修練自己當下的內心上~

如果你想把命運掌握在自己手中,你會選擇依附在外在事物的奴隸,還是成為一個自由的人呢?

如果你的生命是有智慧的,你必然會選擇自由,而非奴隸,我們生命中最深層的慾望,便是脫離輪迴,當你在無意識的狀態活著,你才會在這個輪迴中打轉。

How can we effectively train ourselves to stay in a conscious state?

It begins with learning to master your own breath.

This physical body is borrowed—formed through the coming together of earth, water, fire, and air from Mother Earth. Because our time with it is temporary, we should use this brief opportunity to cultivate proper breathing, and even more importantly, to find balance in life with a sense of grace.

When grace arises within you, your mind becomes clean and clear. You stop chasing after things. Your questions naturally find their answers. And when this body eventually fades away, you will know that the only things you can take with you are:

your soul, and the fruits of your inner discipline.
如何有效地訓練有意識狀態呢?

「首先由掌控好自己的呼吸的時候開始~」

這具肉身是借來的,是地球母親的水土風火姻緣結合而得來的,所以我們要利用這個短暫的擁有,好好地控制自己的呼吸法,更要「優雅地」獲得生命的平衡~

當你內心有了優雅,你頭腦便潔淨和清晰,你於是不再追求甚麼,你的問題自然會找到答案,你也知道當這個肉身消逝的時候,你能夠帶走的:

只有你的靈魂,

與及修練意志的成果~
