「Humee Hum Brahm Hum」
意思：We are We～We are God～are One～我們是一體的，我和神也是一體的～
意思上我們眾生沒有分離的，在他人眼中也會看到我自己，這個是第一個層面；
第二層次，當我們了解我們是一體性後，其實我們也是神的靈性體是一部份，
每人體內在都有一個小宇宙，原因是我們也是大宇宙的一個部份～
眾生皆是佛的比喻也是互通的～
另外有一句類似的mantra叫「So Hum」，So=That，Hum=I ，意思就是I Am That，
這裡的That(它)指宇宙或神，後來演變成唱這句的時候就能接通宇宙意識，
宇宙能量就能滋養我們和滿足我們的需求～
當你有理解到，即有了宇宙和神的支持，
唱Hum的時候，真氣集中在心輪流轉，感覺是踏實、安全感、有愛，是種無條件的支持～
當了解自己是宇宙一體時，更加覺得自己是謙遜、喜悅、和平的～
