普拉納雅瑪 昆達里尼呼吸法概念(一)

瑜伽這個詞語,源於梵文”yoga” 意思是連結、聯繫的意思,是為了達到冥想而集中意識的意義。

昆達里尼瑜伽的鍛鍊方法能把散亂的精神集中起來,並使之平靜下來。在這一個過程中,人類的靈和神一體化了。

瑜伽鍛鍊首先着眼於身體的強健,然後要求把身心融合為一,在此基礎上,引導練功者進入無上完美的世界。

在昆達里尼瑜伽鍛鍊過程中,練功者逐漸深化對自己內在神聖的理解。從外到來,從感覺到精神,從精神到理性,然後到意識,最後把握絕對的真正自我”Sat Nam”,跟內在的神融合為一。

因此瑜伽能把入門從無知引向有知,從黑暗引向光明,GURU: GU=黑暗, RU=光明, 從死亡引向永恆的世界。The word yoga originates from the Sanskrit word “yoga”, which means connection. It is for concentrating consciousness in order to achieve meditation.

Kundalini Yoga Kriya can focus and calm down the scattered mind. In this process, the human spirit becomes integrated with God.

Kriya exercise first focuses on physical fitness, and then requires the integration of body and mind. 

On this basis, it guides practitioners into a world of supreme perfection.

During the Kundalini Yoga exercise, practitioners gradually deepen their understanding of the divine within themselves. 

From the outside to inner, from feeling to spirit, from spirit to reason, then to consciousness, 

finally grasping the absolute true self / soul,  that mean  “Sat Nam” and merging with the inner God.

Therefore, Kundalini yoga can lead from ignorance to knowledge, from darkness to light, (GURU: GU=DARKENSS , RU=BRIGHTNESS) , from death to the eternal world.
