Meditation for Awakening the Inner Sun 激發內在太陽冥想

If you are feeling low, try this simple ‘Inner Sun’ breathing technique.”

Negative emotions absorbed from society or the media are stored in the right hemisphere of the brain. These negative thought patterns and environmental influences can lead to depression and emotional blockages (getting stuck in a loop). This interference directly compromises the biological immune system, increasing the risk of illness or bacterial infection.

While we can defend ourselves if we are ‘strong,’ strength comes in many forms: mental fortitude, emotional resilience, physical power, and strength of will. These are all interconnected; a blockage in one area will inevitably lead to frustration, anger, anxiety, and beyond.

This specific breathing technique directly stimulates the sympathetic nervous system to release the tension held in the right hemisphere, using the glandular system to balance and cleanse your entire being.

我地由外間社會或媒介接受負面嘅情緒,會儲存喺右半球腦中,呢種負面思想、環境想法會導致抑鬱症與情緒阻塞(轉牛角尖),呢種干擾會直接降低生物的免疫力系統,從而生病或受細菌感染機會更高~

如果我地夠強,絕對可以防禦,但強也有分很多種:精神強悍、情緒強悍、肉體強悍、意志力強悍,它們都喺互相連結嘅,即係有一處阻塞,也會為你帶黎沮喪、憤怒、焦慮….
等等~

這套呼吸法會直接刺激「交感神經」去釋放右半球腦,透過腺體去作出平衡清理~

Instructions

Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position with your spine tall and proud. Imagine a golden cord pulling the crown of your head toward the sky. Rest your hands on your knees or in your lap, palms facing up to receive energy. Gently close your eyes and focus your internal gaze on the space between your eyebrows (the Third Eye)

以舒服的坐姿坐好,脊椎挺拔。想像有一根金色的線從頭頂將你往天空拉。雙手輕放在膝蓋或大腿上,掌心向上接收能量。輕輕閉上眼睛,內在的視覺專注於眉心。

Visualization (觀想): Direct your attention to your Solar Plexus (the area just above your navel). Visualize a tiny, glowing seed of golden light. With every breath, this seed expands, growing into a brilliant Inner Sun. Feel its warmth radiating from your core, dissolving any self-doubt or stagnation.

將注意力集中在臍輪(肚臍上方區域)。想像一顆發光的金色能量種子。隨著每一次呼吸,這顆種子不斷擴張,成長為一輪燦爛的內在太陽。感受這股溫熱從你的核心散發出來,融化所有的自我懷疑與沉滯。

Affirmation: Silently repeat: “I am powerful. I am radiant. My inner light guides my way.”

肯定語: 在心中默唸:「我充滿力量。我散發光芒。我的內在之光引領前程。」


Instructions (做法): 

Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Raise your left hand to shoulder height and form Surya Mudra (press the tip of the ring finger with the thumb). Use your right index finger to firmly close the right nostril. Begin practicing Breath of Fire exclusively through the left nostril, ensuring the movement is synchronized with your navel point (Dantian).

Duration (時間): 3 to 5 minutes initially, gradually increasing to 31 minutes.

To Finish

  1. Inhale deeply and interlock your fingers in front of you.
  2. Apply a strong pulling tension between the hands (as if trying to pull them apart), palms facing inward. Position your hands slightly below the throat (the glandular area), about 35cm away from your chest.
  3. Hold the breath and apply Root Lock (Mulbandh). When you can no longer hold it, exhale.
  4. Repeat this sequence 3 times.
  5. On the final repetition: Exhale through the mouth with the tongue curled up against the upper palate.
  6. Closing (結尾): Feel the golden light shielding your entire body. When you are ready, take a deep breath, stretch your arms overhead like sunbeams, and slowly open your eyes.

The Benefit :

If you practice this for 31 minutes daily, you will experience a profound sense of rebirth and vitality. Feel the warmth and power of your Inner Sun.

做法:
簡易坐,拎起左手掌到你嘅肩膀高,結🌞太陽手印(姆指貼無名指),右手用食指👆🏾按壓塞著右鼻孔,開始淨喺用左鼻孔做火呼吸,而且要配合丹田郁動~

時間:3-5分鐘,慢慢可加至31分鐘

完結:
吸氣,左右手指互扣,但同時拖加拉扯力於手指之間,掌心向內,高度在喉嚨而下小小(腺體位置),離開身體35cm,閉氣、根鎖,到忍吾住時,呼氣~重覆以上3次~
(最後一次用口呼氣,同時舌頭要捲起頂上顎)感受金色的光芒像護盾一樣籠罩全身。準備好後,深呼吸,將雙手像陽光般向上伸展,然後緩緩睜開雙眼。

如果你每天做31分鐘,你整個人會得到重生與活力感~感受你內在小太陽~🌞
