For thousands of years, humanity has known that meditation can dissolve both mental and physical pain. In this practice, the pressure applied by the thumbs creates and triggers a reflex current. This current directly stimulates the pineal glandlocated beneath the cerebral cortex.
Modern urban addictions—such as smoking, alcohol, drugs, or binge eating—are the results of an imbalanced pituitary gland. We find ourselves subconsciously addicted and unable to resist because the pineal region has been compromised. When this area loses its “radiance," we fall into states of insecurity and neurosis. By healing this specific region, we can sever the chains of addiction.
This meditation corrects imbalances in the pineal gland and reduces dependency on substances. It is exceptionally effective for recovering from psychological disorders or fear-based illnesses.

Posture & Hand Position : Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Make fists with both hands, extending only the thumbs. Place the tips of your thumbs on your temples (the slight indentations located about an inch back from the outer corners of the eyes/eyebrows).
The Movement: Keep your mouth closed and your upper and lower molars pressed together. Apply a rhythmic pressure by clenching and releasing your jaw muscles. Simultaneously, use your thumbs to massage the temples in a circular motion.
Focus: Keep your eyes closed, but direct your internal gaze toward the Third Eye point (the space between the eyebrows).
Mantra: As you massage in circles and pulse your jaw, silently vibrate the syllables Sa Ta Na Ma within your closed mouth, synchronized with the rhythmic movement of your jaw and thumbs.
If there is one breathing practice that can expand your aura and dissolve fear within a single minute, this is it.
This practice shifts your consciousness from a mind of fear to the seat of the soul’s courage. It opens the lungs, strengthens and expands your electromagnetic field (Aura), and brings the brain hemispheres into a state of perfect balance.
In daily life, we often slip into different mindsets, trapped in various judgments driven by the Ego. However, when we practice Kundalini Yoga, we dissolve these thoughts of judgment and comparison.
Within the sacred space of Sat Nam, we touch the ultimate Truth. In that Truth, we recognize that we belong to a divine system far greater than the individual Ego.

The Power of Neutral Mind: Ego Eradicator helps us rapidly access the Neutral Mind. It utilizes a specific arm angle—between 45 to 60 degrees—to store and build the breath’s vital energy.
Instructions & Posture :
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine.
Arms: Lift your arms to the sides at a 45 to 60-degree angle, forming a “V" shape for Victory. Keep your elbows locked straight and your shoulders relaxed downward.
Mudra: Curl your four fingertips onto the pads of your palms (at the base of the fingers). Extend your thumbsstraight up, pointing toward the heavens.
Gaze: Close your eyes tightly and focus your internal gaze toward the Crown Chakra (the top of the head).
Breath: Practice Breath of Fire for 1 to 3 minutes.
Symbolism & Energy: The angle of the arms functions like a funnel, determining what experiences we choose to draw into our lives. In yogic philosophy, the thumb represents the Ego.
By pointing our thumbs toward the heavens, we are making a declaration: we are transcending the thoughts of the Ego. The thumbs act like electrical plugs, connecting us directly into higher dimensions of consciousness.
If you are feeling low, try this simple ‘Inner Sun’ breathing technique."
Negative emotions absorbed from society or the media are stored in the right hemisphere of the brain. These negative thought patterns and environmental influences can lead to depression and emotional blockages (getting stuck in a loop). This interference directly compromises the biological immune system, increasing the risk of illness or bacterial infection.
While we can defend ourselves if we are ‘strong,’ strength comes in many forms: mental fortitude, emotional resilience, physical power, and strength of will. These are all interconnected; a blockage in one area will inevitably lead to frustration, anger, anxiety, and beyond.
This specific breathing technique directly stimulates the sympathetic nervous system to release the tension held in the right hemisphere, using the glandular system to balance and cleanse your entire being.
Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position with your spine tall and proud. Imagine a golden cord pulling the crown of your head toward the sky. Rest your hands on your knees or in your lap, palms facing up to receive energy. Gently close your eyes and focus your internal gaze on the space between your eyebrows (the Third Eye)
Visualization (觀想): Direct your attention to your Solar Plexus (the area just above your navel). Visualize a tiny, glowing seed of golden light. With every breath, this seed expands, growing into a brilliant Inner Sun. Feel its warmth radiating from your core, dissolving any self-doubt or stagnation.
Affirmation: Silently repeat: “I am powerful. I am radiant. My inner light guides my way."
肯定語: 在心中默唸:「我充滿力量。我散發光芒。我的內在之光引領前程。」
Instructions (做法):
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Raise your left hand to shoulder height and form Surya Mudra (press the tip of the ring finger with the thumb). Use your right index finger to firmly close the right nostril. Begin practicing Breath of Fire exclusively through the left nostril, ensuring the movement is synchronized with your navel point (Dantian).
Duration (時間): 3 to 5 minutes initially, gradually increasing to 31 minutes.
To Finish:
Inhale deeply and interlock your fingers in front of you.
Apply a strong pulling tension between the hands (as if trying to pull them apart), palms facing inward. Position your hands slightly below the throat (the glandular area), about 35cm away from your chest.
Hold the breath and apply Root Lock (Mulbandh). When you can no longer hold it, exhale.
Repeat this sequence 3 times.
On the final repetition: Exhale through the mouth with the tongue curled up against the upper palate.
Closing (結尾): Feel the golden light shielding your entire body. When you are ready, take a deep breath, stretch your arms overhead like sunbeams, and slowly open your eyes.
The Benefit :
If you practice this for 31 minutes daily, you will experience a profound sense of rebirth and vitality. Feel the warmth and power of your Inner Sun.
Our heart and lungs are the sanctuaries where ‘subtle energy’ is stored. While the left palm governs stillness and stability, the right palm carries the weight of analysis and action. This mudra evokes a sense of profound calm within us, serving as a ‘still point’ amidst the surging waves of life.
On an emotional level, this meditation deepens the relationship with your inner self; on a physical level, it helps fortify the functions of both the heart and the lungs.
Instructions: Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine and eyes closed. Place your left palm flat against the Heart Chakra, with fingers pointing to the right. Hold your right hand in Gyan Mudra (index finger touching the thumb); raise it slightly so the elbow forms an angle (similar to a “swearing-in" gesture), with the palm facing forward.
Breathing Technique: First, inhale deeply to your full capacity. Hold your breath (suspend the breath in) for as long as possible. When you can no longer hold it, exhale slowly and completely. Then, hold your breath out (suspend the breath on the exhale) for as long as possible. When you reach your limit, inhale slowly again. Repeat this cycle.
Duration: 7 to 30 minutes.
Mindfulness: Practice slowly to find your own rhythmic breathing frequency. As you breathe, feel the flow of energy between your Heart Chakra and your hand centers (palms).
