當年我選擇不去教哈達瑜伽，而決定去教Kundalini瑜伽，其實有幾位瑜伽朋友曾跟我說：「這個旅程會非常艱巨，因為這套瑜伽是不流行的，其實並沒有很多人想真正覺醒，你應該選擇大眾化的哈達瑜伽。」
但我已經決定了，我感覺到人類需要一個系統能夠給予他們在短時間內正向他們的意志與覺醒，而且這個昆達里尼瑜伽系統是非常強而有力的，不用到森山或寺廟，你可以保持繼續上班 或者有家庭俗務中也可以練習。
昆達瑜伽瑜伽美麗之處在於：「只要你能夠坐在我面前，依我指示有節奏地進行特殊呼吸法，並發出你內在的聲音，你的思想好快會進入專注、集中以及平衡。」
任何一堂昆達里尼裡面，已經包含了所有肢體上，精神上，意識上，靈性上的平衡，它是如此快速地、完整地來平衡你的能量。
如果世間所有活動的最終目的都是幫助你去覺醒、去共振宇宙意識，那麼為什麼不直接開始練習安全又有效率的昆達里尼瑜伽呢？
作為昆達里尼老師教導昆達里尼瑜伽是很困難的，因為一位昆達里尼老師如果不能放射出他的「能量身」，他便不能教導這套，這是第一個基本。
如果你沒有連接到宇宙意識：「黃金連結」，你只是用你肢體動作在黑暗中教導，昆達里尼瑜伽是大師級的科學、是覺醒的經驗、是轉化的意識、是王者中的王者瑜伽。
而作為一個學生去練習昆達里尼瑜伽，實屬是一個奇蹟、一個恩典，而且是神的禮物。

I could have taught Hatha yoga like everyone else. I am good at Hatha yoga but I choose not teach Hatha yoga but Kundalini Yoga. When I start teaching, a lot of friends told me : “ It is very hard and not so popular. Not anyone wanna to awareness. You should teach Hatha Yoga. But I had decided. I’m going to do this for myself. I wanna to deliver the knowledge of awareness. KUNDALINI SYSTEM is strong enough and every householder can practice it.
The beauty of Kundalini yoga is that if you can physically just sit there, follow my rhythm of Pranayama Breathing, create the Naad, your inner sound, your minds will become balance and neutral. Only one class of Kundalini kriya can bring you to achieve complete physical, mental, spirituality balance. It works so efficiently and immediately.
If….any activities can bring you to awareness, why you don’t start kundalini directly?
Teaching Kundalini yoga is not an easy things. A teacher who has not a beam of energy cannot teach it. That is first fundamental. As a teacher of kundalini yoga, you should established at a certain steady level consciousness to pull the student up. If you do not have a link of consciousness the golden link , you only instruct in darkness.
Kundalini yoga is the master science of experience and awareness l. It is a Raj yoga that awakens you inside.
To a practitioner of kundalini yoga, this is a miracle, a gift of creator.
A Teacher is an institution for help, for service, for raising people’s consciousness, and granting them the Heavens. A Teacher is a guarantor that the other person’s life becomes heavenly.
