There are countless healing methods in the world, and this one has been proven to rescue countless times from illness and pain.
It is effectiveness lies in its mobility. As long as you have a bit of consciousness, you can heal yourself anytime, anywhere. Of course, we must practice regularly to bring this meditation into your subconscious.
Method: Sit comfortably, with your hands relaxed and bent at your sides, palms facing up. Position your wrists in front of your heart center, then turn them 45 degrees outward.
Keep your thumb away from the other four fingers. When your palms face up, you should feel a slight stretch in your wrists to prevent your mudra from loosening.
Mantra: (Chant silently or aloud) Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung.
Absorb the energy of the sun, moon, earth, and the spirit of all things in the universe for healing.
Ra (Sun energy): Brings light and warmth, purifying energy.
Ma (Moon energy): Brings acceptance and calm, nurturing energy.
Da (Earth energy): Brings safety and manifestation, grounding energy.
Sa (Universal energy): Brings infinity and connection, expanding energy.
Say (Experiential energy): Brings feeling and sacredness.
So Hung (Vibrational energy): Brings manifestation.
Duration: 11 minutes. Close your eyes and focus on the tip of your nose.
Breathing Tip: Do not change your breath between the two “Sa” sounds. Sing all eight sounds in one breath before changing.
Ending: Inhale, hold your breath, and imagine your healing light being sent out from your hands. Imagine the other person bathed in your light, becoming healthy, energetic, healed, and sacred, then exhale. Repeat once more. Finally, inhale, raise your hands high, shake them vigorously, and then relax and exhale.
Key Points: First, understand that healing is vibration. By using the sacred mantra’s vibration, you tune yourself to the healing frequency. The key is to elevate yourself! Elevate yourself again! Then transformation will happen.
Expand your consciousness to reduce pain. Each time you use the sacred mantra, you elevate your self-awareness to a high-frequency level of soul love, aiming to achieve inner peace.
This can heal not only yourself but also others. Even if the other person is far away, you can send out healing vibrations. Love transcends time and space.

呼吸秘訣:
不要在兩個Sa 中間換氣,請一次過唱完八音才換~
完結:
吸氣,閉氣,想像你療癒之光由雙手送出去,想像對方沐浴在你的光中,變得健康、活力、痊癒、神聖,然後呼氣。再重複一次。最後,吸氣,將雙手舉高,劇烈震動雙手然後呼氣放鬆。
重點:
首先要理解療癒即振動,經由神聖mantra的振動把自己調去癒療的頻率,重點是:你要提升!再提升自己!然後轉化才會發生。
