This is a powerful prosperity meditation from the Kundalini Yoga lineage. Posture: Sit in Easy Pose. Bend your forearms and bring them in front of your chest. Your hands should be at the level between the Throat Chakra and the Heart Chakra, with your palms facing down. 姿勢:簡易坐,手前臂曲起放喺胸前,手掌大概可以在喉輪與心輪level,掌心朝下;

Strike the sides of the Jupiter fingers (index fingers) together while the areas between the thumbs and forefingers (the tiger’s mouths) cross. In this position, the right thumb should be tucked underneath the left thumb. As you strike the fingers, chant: Har. 當虎口位相交兩隻木星手指則邊相撞(此時右手姆指在左手姆指下方)此時,唱Har;

Then, separate your hands and move them downward, each tracing a half-circle. When your hands reach the level between the Dantian (Navel) and the Root Chakra, strike the sides of the little fingers (the Moon Mounds) together with your palms facing up. As you strike the sides of the hands, chant: Har. 然後分開兩手各自向下畫個半圓,手掌到達丹田至根輪level,兩尾指指邊(月亮山丘)相撞,掌心朝上,此時,唱Har;

Each time you chant ‘Har,’ pull the navel point upward and inward. Continue repeating these movements continuously for 11 minutes. 每次唱Har時丹田往上提,不停重複以上動作11分鐘~
