This is a powerful prosperity meditation from the Kundalini Yoga lineage. When the mantra is vibrated correctly and your Moon Centers strike against the Jupiter fingers, there is nothing in this world that can block your abundance.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose. Bend your forearms and bring them in front of your chest. Your hands should be at the level between the Throat Chakra and the Heart Chakra, with your palms facing down. 姿勢:簡易坐,手前臂曲起放喺胸前,手掌大概可以在喉輪與心輪level,掌心朝下;
>>>
Instructions:做法:
Strike the sides of the Jupiter fingers (index fingers) together while the areas between the thumbs and forefingers (the tiger’s mouths) cross. In this position, the right thumb should be tucked underneath the left thumb. As you strike the fingers, chant: Har. 當虎口位相交兩隻木星手指則邊相撞(此時右手姆指在左手姆指下方)此時,唱Har;
Then, separate your hands and move them downward, each tracing a half-circle. When your hands reach the level between the Dantian (Navel) and the Root Chakra, strike the sides of the little fingers (the Moon Mounds) together with your palms facing up. As you strike the sides of the hands, chant: Har. 然後分開兩手各自向下畫個半圓,手掌到達丹田至根輪level,兩尾指指邊(月亮山丘)相撞,掌心朝上,此時,唱Har;
Each time you chant ‘Har,’ pull the navel point upward and inward. Continue repeating these movements continuously for 11 minutes.
“Har is the consonant of the Earth element; it holds the power of prosperity and resources. This meditation should be practiced for 11 minutes. If you do it for more than 11 minutes, you are being too greedy! Har是地元素的子音,擁有豐盛、資源的能力, 這個冥想可以做11分鐘,若做超過11分鐘,你便太貪心了~
This meditation provides a sacred shield to accompany you through all trials and tribulations. By practicing regularly,you will become positive, fearless, and joyful. Nothing can stop you in the pursuit of your goals, as it dissolves feelings of loneliness and separation from your soul.
The sound “Ma" signifies regeneration, rebirth, and transformation (just like the “Ma" in Sa Ta Na Ma). At the same time, the vibration of “Maaa" is a call for compassion and protection—much like the cry of a baby calling for its mother.To use a metaphor: your soul is the child, and the Universe is the Mother. If you call upon the Mother, she will come to you instantly to care for you and provide for all your needs.Ma有再生,重生,轉化的意思(跟Sa Ta Na Ma的Ma 一樣),同時Maaa的聲音包含要求同情和保護,就像嬰兒用來呼喚母親的聲音。如果用比喻,你的靈魂就是孩子,宇宙將成為母親。 如果您召喚媽媽,她會立即關心你,並照顧你的一切需要~
Posture & Instructions:
Sit down and bend your right knee, placing your right foot flat on the ground with the toes pointing straight ahead. Place the sole of your left foot against the arch and ankle of the right foot, so the hollow of the left foot rests just in front of the right ankle bone.
Form a fist with your left hand and place it on the ground next to your hip to balance your seating position. Bend your right elbow and rest it on top of your right knee. Form a shallow cup with your right hand and place it by your right ear, like an open receiver, as if you are trying to amplify and listen to a very faint sound.
Mantra:
Inhale deeply and chant the sound “Maaa" in a long, full, and smooth high-pitched tone. As you chant, project your voice as if someone is listening to you, and stay mindful of the vibrations within your body.
After chanting “Maaa" in a single breath—using a comfortable yet high-frequency pitch—you will have exhaled all the air. Then, take another deep breath and continue without stopping.深吸氣,以長而飽滿、流暢的高音唱「Maaa」。過程中,你要投射聲音,就像有人在聽你說話一樣,並請留意身體中的振動~一口氣用你舒服且高頻音律唱完Maaa後,已呼出了所有的氣,然後你再一次深吸氣,不停繼續~
Time: Continue for 11 to 31 minutes.
Then, switch sides (reversing the leg and hand positions) and repeat the entire process for the same amount of time.
The human Sacred Shield (Aura) can extend up to nine feet in all directions. The outer wall of this shield acts as a filter, maintaining the integrity of our energetic field.
When the aura surrounding the body becomes weak or small, you will feel fearful and unprotected. You may find it difficult to concentrate on tasks, or you might feel hostility toward strangers and indifference toward your surroundings.
If the shield shrinks to less than four feet, we fall into a state of depression. In such a depressed state, it is impossible to feel the fullness and the vast possibilities of life.
Conversely, when this shield (aura) is strong, we can easily feel that the Universe is with us. You become secure, at ease, and full of vitality. You are protected from the influence of your own past karmic actions, remaining awakened and deeply aware of the purpose of your life。
When humans face a sudden shock, the two hemispheres of the brain develop differently and trigger distinct responses. One side processes emotions proactively, handling abnormal and threatening changes in the environment; the other side manages reactive emotions while analyzing and systematizing our coping strategies.

The Nectar of the Moon and the Power of Full Moon Meditation
Legend has it that Adi Yogi constantly partook of Somarasa—the intoxicating nectar of the moon. He would often absorb the essence of moonlight, remaining in a state of divine intoxication.
The Full Moon represents the pinnacle of cosmic energy. Meditating on the day of the full moon, or the few days leading up to it, yields results many times more powerful than usual. It is an extraordinary time to receive and integrate energy.
However, due to the intensity of these energetic vibrations, these days also exert a profound influence on humans, animals, and the natural world. Our emotions can fluctuate with the lunar pull, and the parasympathetic nervous systemis often sensitized during this period.
To navigate this, there is a specific practice called the Antar Naad Mantra. This meditation is designed to stabilize the mind, dissolving “crazy" or negative thoughts into the Divine, thereby elevating your consciousness to a higher frequency of resonance.
Starting Position (起始姿勢): Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Begin by forming the Lotus Mudra at the Navel Center (the level of your lower abdomen).
To form the Lotus Mudra: Join the base of your palms together, touching only the outer edges of the pinky fingers and the tips of the thumbs, while spreading the other fingers wide like a blooming flower.
As you begin the chant, slowly raise the Lotus Mudra from your navel up toward the Crown of your head.Synchronize the upward movement with the first part of the mantra:
Sa Ra Sa Sa
Maintain this blossoming motion while chanting: Sa Re Sa Sa
The Full Bloom Above the Crown Sa Re Sa Sa, Sa Rung
Now, invert your hands so that the backs of the hands are touching (reverse prayer position), with your fingertips pointing downward. Slowly allow the hands to descend from the top of your head back down to the Navel Center (the level of your dan-tian), maintaining the connection between the backs of your hands throughout the movement.
Har Re Har Har
Har Re Har Har
Har Re Har Har, Har Rung (回到丹田)Slowly allow the hands to descend from the top of your head back down to the Navel Center (the level of your dan-tian), maintaining the connection between the backs of your hands throughout the movement.
As you bring your hands down, feel the blessings you received at the crown being integrated into your physical body and stored in your navel—your center of power.
Once your hands return to the Navel Center, reform the Lotus Mudra and begin the upward ascent once again. Continue this flow—moving from the Navel to the Crown and back down—in a smooth, continuous, and rhythmic cycle.
Practice this meditation for 11 to 31 minutes.
As you repeat this cycle, imagine you are a loom weaving the light of the moon into your own soul. With each ascent and descent, your mind becomes clearer, and your connection to the Infinite becomes stronger." (當你重複這個循環時,想像你是一台織布機,將月光編織進自己的靈魂。隨著每一次的升起與回落,你的心智變得更加清晰,你與無限的連結也變得更加強大。)

Mantra Meaning & Spiritual Significance
Sa: Infinity, the boundless and the endless. It is the primordial “Zero State"—the point of origin. It connects you to the Universe; it is perfection, here and now, omnipresent. Sa,無窮無盡無限,也是初初的零狀態,連結宇宙,無限、完美、就在這裡,無處不在。
Har: The creative earth element. It is dense and tangible, representing the power to manifest resources and our connection to Mother Earth. Har,
Rung: To be vibrated or intertwined. When woven together, these sounds project outward to manifest true Abundance. Rung
Because the energy of the full moon pulls upward, the first Lotus Mudra in this meditation opens you to receive abundance. The subsequent downward motion of the hands represents the letting go of egoistic attachments and the soothing organization of one’s emotions.
While practicing this alone is profound, practicing in a group amplifies the energy. The collective resonance of a class expands the spiritual consciousness and the radiant field (Aura) of every individual present.
“That Infinite Totality is here, everywhere. That creativity of God is here, everywhere.”
This is a meditation of wisdom, peace, and prosperity. Chanting these sounds places you within a Divine Circle of Protection. Under this shelter, no external problems can disturb your inner peace, bringing you lasting prosperity and safety.
The human spine consists of 26 vertebrae. Since the time of the Gurus, we have been taught that eight is a mystical and transformative number (2+6=8). When a Mantra is vibrated in cycles of eight or multiples of eight, it shatters ignorance and darkness, releasing us into the realm of the Divine.
This eight-part Mantra acts as eight keys, corresponding to and unlocking our eight chakras:
The Aura (8th Chakra):Guru — The Wisdom that leads from darkness to light.
Sacral Chakra:Ong — The Creator / Primordial Creation.
Navel Chakra:Kar — All of Creation / Manifestation.
Heart Chakra:Sat — Truth.
Throat Chakra:Nam — Identity / Name.
Third Eye:Siri — Great / Supreme.
Crown Chakra:Wahe — The Indescribable Ecstasy.
1)根輪:Ek,意思是「唯一」;
2)臍輪:Ong 是「造物主」「創造」;
3)太陽輪:Kar是萬物;
4)心輪:Sat 是真實;
5)喉嚨:Nam是身份;
6)第三眼:Siri 是至高;
8)光輪:Guru是智慧;
Part One:
First, take a deep inhale. As you chant the first syllable, “Ek," apply a powerful upward pull from the Navel Point (this should be forceful but not a shout). Simultaneously, apply Mulabandha by contracting the anus and the perineum.Next, transition into “Onggggg." While chanting this, contract the sex organs and press your tongue against the upper palate. The sound should pass through the back of the throat and vibrate within the sinus cavities. Seamlessly connect to “Karrrrrrr." Continue to maintain the contraction from the Navel Center through the diaphragm. The duration of “Ong" and “Kar" should be equal. Continue until the breath is fully exhaled.Feel the vibration of the Prana (life force) ascending from the Root Chakra up to the Solar Plexus. At the end of the breath, completely relax all locks.
The Ascent (能量上升): Inhale again. Apply both the Root Lock (Mulabandha) and the Diaphragm Lock (Uddiyana Bandha). Chant “Sat"—feel the vibration originating from your Heart Chakra.
As the energy rises, chant “Nammmmm" so that it vibrates deeply within the Throat Chakra. Continue to maintain the tension in the Root and Diaphragm locks. By the time you finish the “Nam," your breath should be almost entirely exhaled. This sound is your declaration to the universe—it is the proclamation of your True Self.
At the very end of the breath, retain just a tiny fraction of air. Focus your awareness at the Third Eye point, and seamlessly release a short, subtle, and soft whisper: “Siri."
The Final Breath : Inhale a half-breath. Chant “Wahe Guru." This is divided into two distinct parts: “Wah" and “He-Guru."As you chant “Wah," imagine it as an expansive outward breath of wonder. At this precise moment, release all body locks (Bandhas). Feel the tension dissolve as the energy begins to radiate.Next, the “He" should feel stable and directed upward, traveling to the Crown of the head (the Baihui Point). As you chant “Guru," the sound reaches the Crown Chakra, then projects outward in a magnificent parabolic arc. Imagine the sound sliding over your Aura (the 8th Chakra) as you exhale completely.
This sacred mantra was composed by Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru. It is known as the Guru Gaitri Mantra, representing the eight distinct facets of the Divine.
Sustainer (Gobinday): The One who supports and maintains.
Liberator (Mukunday): The One who sets the soul free.
Enlightener (Udaray): The One who brings light and upliftment.
Infinite One (Aparay): The One who is beyond all limits.
Destroyer (Hariang): The One who removes obstacles and darkness.
Creator (Kariang): The One who brings all things into being.
Nameless One (Nirnamay): The One who is beyond identity.
Desireless One (Akamay): The One who is complete within self, without desire.

The Dungeon of the Mind Everyone’s memory is like a room where you can store anything you wish. However, within your house, there is another place—a hidden dungeon—where you store the memories of your fears, traumas, and insecurities. Because these are too painful to process, we tuck them away where they remain out of sight.
But the space in this dungeon is limited. When the negativity overflows, it begins to leak through the cracks of the door, silently seeping into and influencing your daily life.
We must never bury our shadows. The best course of action is to clear out the “trash" within this dungeon.
The following Mantra is a tool to clean this subconscious basement. It clears the obstacles created by Karma, removes the lingering impact of past mistakes, and balances the magnetic fields of your left and right brain.
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine and a light neck lock (Jalandhara Bandha).
2. Hand Position:
Place your hands at your sides. If you wish to be more disciplined and precise, hold your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
3. Palms and Fingers:
Keep your palms facing outward (away from the body) and stretch your fingers wide apart, spreading them open to act like antennas.

The Practice of “Har" and the Transformation of the Soul
Instructions (做法): Every time you chant “Har," rhythmically open and close your fingers, striking the fleshy parts of your palms (the mounds at the base of the hands) together. Simultaneously, pull your Navel Center (Navel Point) inward and upward.
The Meaning of Har (Har 的含義):Har is a facet of the Divine and a potent mantra in Shakti Yoga. It embodies Prosperity. Since the Divine is the ultimate source of abundance, do not deny your own prosperous nature. Practice this for 11 to 31 minutes.
To Finish (結束方法): Inhale deeply, hold your breath for 10 seconds, and then exhale to relax completely.
Chanting “Har" alone can grant you a direct experience of being one with the Divine. When combined with the eight-syllable mantra (the Guru Gaitri Mantra), it empowers every facet of your being. You can practice this meditation at any time.
It enables you to conquer your Ego (the inner enemy) and your external enemies alike. In truth, when you have no inner enemy, your external enemies will naturally cease to exist. This practice strips away fear, insecurity, and unhealthy attachments, leaving only compassion and patience in their place. “When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you."
When you are consumed by fear of what tomorrow may bring, you lose your footing in the present. The true essence of spirituality is living in the Now.
The Heart Chakra is a unique and powerful energy center. It is not only the seat of compassion and love but also serves as a shield of protection and a transmission station that projects energy into the universe.
According to the Universal Law, whatever we put out is exactly what we shall receive.

Instructions: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Place your hands in Prayer Pose (palms together) at the center of the chest, at the height of the Heart Chakra.
Mantra & Movement:
Inhale: Chant the first line, Ad Guray Nameh (while holding Prayer Pose at the heart).
Exhale: As you chant the second line, Jugad Guray Nameh, extend your arms straight out at a 45-degree angleupward.
Inhale: As you chant the third line, Sat Guray Nameh, pull the hands back to the Heart Chakra in Prayer Pose.
Exhale: As you chant the fourth line, Siri Guru Devay Nameh, extend the arms out again at a 45-degree angle.
Repeat this cycle continuously.
Benefits:
This meditation creates a positive magnetic field and balances the Ten Bodies. It awakens the “Green Energy" of the Heart Chakra, attracting high-quality friends and connections into your life. Simultaneously, it acts as a Protective Mantra, strengthening your personal Aura and surrounding you with a Shield of Light.
Daily practice can enhance memory function and help soothe the mind. Kirtan is a Sanskrit word meaning “song" or “to chant." By chanting the sounds Sa Ta Na Ma, one can achieve profound meditative effects.
The Meaning of the Mantra
S, T, N, M, A are the five primal sounds (Panj Shabad) derived from Sat Nam, which means “True Identity" or “The Truth is my Name."
Sa = Infinity, Cosmos, the Beginning
Ta = Life, Existence
Na = Death, Change, Transformation
Ma = Rebirth
This represents the Cycle of Life: from the infinite into individual existence, from birth to death, and from death to rebirth.
Mudras (Hand Gestures) and Planetary Energy
As you chant each syllable, press the thumb against the corresponding finger. Each finger carries a specific “electrical charge" and planetary energy:
Sa:Gyan Mudra (Thumb to Index finger) – Jupiter: Wisdom.
Ta:Shuni Mudra (Thumb to Middle finger) – Saturn: Patience and Discipline.
Na:Surya Mudra (Thumb to Ring finger) – Sun: Vitality and Energy.
Ma:Buddhi Mudra (Thumb to Pinky finger) – Mercury: Communication.
Note: The index and ring fingers carry a positive (+) charge, while the middle and pinky fingers carry a negative (−) charge. The thumb represents the Ego; by pressing it against each finger, you infuse yourself with planetary power while simultaneously diminishing the ego.
The Three Voices of Consciousness
When chanting, you utilize three distinct levels of consciousness:
Human Consciousness: Chant out loud (Normal or loud voice). This is the “Voice of the World."
Lover’s Consciousness: A strong whisper. This represents the “Longing to Belong."
Divine Consciousness: Silent mental recitation. This represents “Infinity" or the “Void."
Visualization: With every syllable, imagine energy flowing into your Crown Chakra, moving through the head, and projecting out through the Third Eye (point between the brows) toward infinity in an “L" shape.
Practice Structure & Timing
For a 30-minute session, the ratio is distributed as follows:
5 mins: Out loud (Human)
5 mins: Whisper (Lover)
10 mins: Silent (Divine)
5 mins: Whisper (Lover)
5 mins: Out loud (Human)
Recommended Practice:
Quick Version: 11 minutes before bedtime.
Consistency: For best results, practice for 40 consecutive days.
There are countless healing methods in the world, and this one has been proven to rescue countless times from illness and pain.
It is effectiveness lies in its mobility. As long as you have a bit of consciousness, you can heal yourself anytime, anywhere. Of course, we must practice regularly to bring this meditation into your subconscious.
Method: Sit comfortably, with your hands relaxed and bent at your sides, palms facing up. Position your wrists in front of your heart center, then turn them 45 degrees outward.
Keep your thumb away from the other four fingers. When your palms face up, you should feel a slight stretch in your wrists to prevent your mudra from loosening.
Mantra: (Chant silently or aloud) Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung.
Absorb the energy of the sun, moon, earth, and the spirit of all things in the universe for healing.
Ra (Sun energy): Brings light and warmth, purifying energy.
Ma (Moon energy): Brings acceptance and calm, nurturing energy.
Da (Earth energy): Brings safety and manifestation, grounding energy.
Sa (Universal energy): Brings infinity and connection, expanding energy.
Say (Experiential energy): Brings feeling and sacredness.
So Hung (Vibrational energy): Brings manifestation.
Duration: 11 minutes. Close your eyes and focus on the tip of your nose.
Breathing Tip: Do not change your breath between the two “Sa” sounds. Sing all eight sounds in one breath before changing.
Ending: Inhale, hold your breath, and imagine your healing light being sent out from your hands. Imagine the other person bathed in your light, becoming healthy, energetic, healed, and sacred, then exhale. Repeat once more. Finally, inhale, raise your hands high, shake them vigorously, and then relax and exhale.
Key Points: First, understand that healing is vibration. By using the sacred mantra’s vibration, you tune yourself to the healing frequency. The key is to elevate yourself! Elevate yourself again! Then transformation will happen.
Expand your consciousness to reduce pain. Each time you use the sacred mantra, you elevate your self-awareness to a high-frequency level of soul love, aiming to achieve inner peace.
This can heal not only yourself but also others. Even if the other person is far away, you can send out healing vibrations. Love transcends time and space.
