Q: If the purpose of life is to attain liberation, is the time we spend on our careers or businesses still valuable?
A: Never give up your job just for spiritual practice; that is merely using spirituality as an excuse to escape dissatisfaction in life. In fact, going to work is an essential part of a practitioner’s journey.
n the world of Kundalini Yoga, you need to balance both. To make a living, you need to work; to grow on the spiritual path, you need to practice Sadhana (morning discipline) and meditation. The two walk hand in hand, and they do not conflict with each other.
Many people believe that spiritual practice can only happen, or that meditation can only occur, when they leave everything behind. But that is simply not true.
A truly balanced person—in mind, body, and spirit—takes care of the upper three chakras 💜💙💚 while simultaneously nurturing the lower three chakras 💛🧡❤️.
“Going to work" itself inherently carries a “grounding" element. Through the daily routine of work, we actually benefit a great deal. It is not just about financial necessity; it is about focus and manifestation—the gathering of high-density energy within the root chakra.「返工」本身已經含「接地」成份,透過日復一日的工作,事實上令我們獲益,不只是有金錢上的需要,而是聚焦與顯化:密度高的能量結集在底輪中~
Even if a job consists of repetitive, monotonous tasks, focusing and consolidating your energy through it allows you to develop professional skills, which plumps up and strengthens the energy field of your root chakra.即使工作是重覆、單調的動作,透過聚焦與密集,能發展出工作上的技能,使你底輪能量場飽滿~ 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳 To use an analogy: if your energy is constantly drifting and unstable, you are like a rolling stone that gathers no moss.
If you have a family, If you have a job, You have assumed certain responsibilities. Please be sure to fulfill them; There is absolutely no need to leave it all behind.
If you wish to abandon smaller commitments to take on higher spiritual responsibilities, it is simply impossible. Someone who flees from responsibility will never attain liberation.如果你想放棄小的承諾而去承擔更高的責任,那是不可能完成的,一個逃避責任的人是永遠不會獲得解放~ You must manifest abundance first before you can fully actualize your life’s ultimate purpose.
This is a powerful prosperity meditation from the Kundalini Yoga lineage. When the mantra is vibrated correctly and your Moon Centers strike against the Jupiter fingers, there is nothing in this world that can block your abundance.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose. Bend your forearms and bring them in front of your chest. Your hands should be at the level between the Throat Chakra and the Heart Chakra, with your palms facing down. 姿勢:簡易坐,手前臂曲起放喺胸前,手掌大概可以在喉輪與心輪level,掌心朝下;
>>>
Instructions:做法:
Strike the sides of the Jupiter fingers (index fingers) together while the areas between the thumbs and forefingers (the tiger’s mouths) cross. In this position, the right thumb should be tucked underneath the left thumb. As you strike the fingers, chant: Har. 當虎口位相交兩隻木星手指則邊相撞(此時右手姆指在左手姆指下方)此時,唱Har;
Then, separate your hands and move them downward, each tracing a half-circle. When your hands reach the level between the Dantian (Navel) and the Root Chakra, strike the sides of the little fingers (the Moon Mounds) together with your palms facing up. As you strike the sides of the hands, chant: Har. 然後分開兩手各自向下畫個半圓,手掌到達丹田至根輪level,兩尾指指邊(月亮山丘)相撞,掌心朝上,此時,唱Har;
Each time you chant ‘Har,’ pull the navel point upward and inward. Continue repeating these movements continuously for 11 minutes.
“Har is the consonant of the Earth element; it holds the power of prosperity and resources. This meditation should be practiced for 11 minutes. If you do it for more than 11 minutes, you are being too greedy! Har是地元素的子音,擁有豐盛、資源的能力, 這個冥想可以做11分鐘,若做超過11分鐘,你便太貪心了~
